IMO the scaling bans are quite too hard on people. Not even my case but someone who's short tempered will end up banned sometimes, then if he is reformed after the 1 month ban he is ok and back to...

I can tell, first hand, that they do ban people for flaming.

I am not supportive of it though. You can mute him, do so. If you choose to keep on listening, then don't complain.
