I don't think Smite actually has matchmaking. I'm of the opinion that it literally tries for about 10 seconds to find people around your skill level, then gives up and starts pulling in random...

HiRez matchmaking is based on W/L, not KDA. Your mmr is probably higher than most players. Which means you don't get to have good matches because the good players aren't free to be matched with each...

All that means is I have more experience under my belt than most players, yet that experience does translate to some growth of skill.
