Item for: Magical
Reason for existence: Give mages a different stacking item and a defensive item that gives more power.
Reasoning: I was looking at health items for mages, and I found that it doesn't allow too much damage unless you comit into other items for the damage.
I tested out Warlocks vs Book on ra at lvl 20 then show my item
Warlocks:
Power: 110
Health: 2345

Thoth:
Power:163
Health: 1745
While 53 power isn't too much, the 600 hp is.

Item:
T1 100 health 30 power
T2 200 health 200 mana 50 power
T3 350 health 350 mana 80 power Passive: You permanently gain +2 health and + 5 mana per stack and + 1 power per stack. You gain 5 stacks for god kills and 1 stack per minion kill. Max 75 stacks.
This will allow mages to get a bit tanky while still allowing them to get some power in, and prevent the need for double stacking or if you do its more rewarding for what you build as your second stacking.

So your item at full stack will give 500 health, 725 mana and 155 power? Nothing OP at all...

book of thoth give more then 163power this is from wiki

Due to the Mana to Magical Power conversion, ignoring a god's current Maximum Mana, this item actually provides +103 Magical Power by default and +126 Magical Power at full stacks.

I tested out Warlocks vs Book on ra at lvl 20 I did this with no extra items looking at what the item gives you flat and going off of that.
