Account migrated to NA - 0 items transfered

Hello, i just made new ticket with this problem.

My acc was previously banned for 11.000 hours, its seems to be fixed.

But now i have my old NA account (before i migrate to LevelUp servers) and i got 0 items transfered.

My old account on latam server says "Account Migrated"

Latam acc: [email protected]

Found something weird...

Now my NA account have my OLD NA acc (before i migrate to LATAM back in 2014)

and there is a profile called TomGanks on NA server (that is my LAtAM acc [email protected]) but i have no idea to what Hirez acc is matched.

its weird that both account (the old one and the latam one) are active at the same time.

To be clear, CHRISPWNZ profile should be removed from chrisaso acc, and put TomGanks profile instead.

The ticket has been updated with some screenshoots
